Language packs are free to download for existing license holders.

Navigate to the sign-in page and log in with your credentials. Go to the All Products and Services tab on the left menu.

This cannot happen because the original installation contains only the default language you selected. The other languages are never installed unless you explicitly add them via a language pack. The language pack mechanism will simply add the missing language without affecting the default one.
